(CORPUS CHRISTI) - Traffic was backed up near SPID and Kostoryz this afternoon after a two car accident.
Police say a white car was pulling out of a private driveway along Kostoryz when an SUV crashed into it. The driver told officers other cars had stopped to let him through. But police say even though other drivers may give you the go-ahead that doesn't mean traffic is clear in other lanes. The driver of the white car got a ticket for failure to yield the right of way.
