On Tuesday, Aug. 19, the First State Bank of San Diego was recognized for their service to the community for 71 years.
The bank is located at 209 E. Gravis Avenue.
San Diego Mayor Sally Lichtenberger presented bank officials with the key to the city.
As part of the celebration, Congressman Henry Cuellar awarded the bank a Congressional Recognition for their work with neighbors and businesses in the small town.
