CORPUS CHRISTI — It is going to be a pleasant weekend here in the Coastal Bend. We are looking for a mixture of sunshine and clouds with a daytime high of 65 degrees. Expect light winds out of the north this morning. The forecast for tonight calls for partly cloudy skies with an overnight low around 55 degrees. The warming trend will continue on Sunday. Expect abundant sunshine tomorrow with an afternoon high around 76 degrees.
We will see some interesting weather changes for Veterans Day. Look for partly sunny skies with an afternoon high near 80 degrees. However, a very strong cold front will be arriving late afternoon. There is a very good chance for showers and thunderstorms with the frontal passage. It will be windy and much colder behind the front. The daytime high on Tuesday will only be in the mid 40's. Overnight low temperatures will drop into the upper 30's midweek. Sunny and milder weather weather conditions will return Thursday and Friday.
