CORPUS CHRISTI — It was a very nice start to our weekend here in the Coastal Bend. We saw abundant sunshine with a daytime high of 77 degrees. However, it is going to be another chilly evening. The forecast for tonight calls for mostly clear skies with an overnight low around 48 degrees. The winds will shift to the southeast on Sunday. This will bring up a little warmer air for the south. Look for mostly sunny skies with an afternoon high around 81 degrees tomorrow.
We will start out the work week with partly sunny skies and a few isolated showers. Temperatures will be in the lower 80's Monday through Wednesday. However, another strong cold front will move through early on Thursday. This means it will be windy and cooler for kids heading out on Halloween night. The forecast calls for sunny cool weather Friday and Saturday.
