Isolated Showers Possible

CORPUS CHRISTI — It was another hot start to the weekend here in the Coastal Bend. We made it up to 97 degrees again this afternoon. Increasing moisture will give us a chance for isolated showers through Monday. We will also see a bit more cloud cover then next couple of days which could help drop our temperatures a couple of degrees. The forecast for tonight calls for mostly cloudy skies with a stray shower possible. Look for an overnight low around 77 degrees. Tomorrow we can expect a mixture of sunshine and clouds with an isolated thunderstorm possible. Expect an afternoon high around 95 degrees with the winds blowing out of the south at 5 to 15 miles per hour.

There will be enough lingering moisture to produce a few showers and thunderstorms again on Monday. However, high pressure will dominate our weather for the remainder of the week. This will bring us mainly hot and dry weather conditions. Look for daytime highs in the mid to upper 90's with overnight lows in the upper 70's.
