CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Good morning Coastal Bend!
Happy Friday, Jr.— it's also Throwback Thursday and on this day five years ago, snow blanketed the Coastal Bend. It's a much different December in 2022 as we continue a week of above-average temperatures. It's Day 4 of 'Fake Summer' as high temperatures return to the 80s this afternoon.
Because our overall weather pattern hasn't changed very much, you can expect the current trend to continue into the week and the beginning of next week. You might notice small adjustments in the form of slightly cooler temperatures and stray rain chances, but that's about it! Our next cold front will arrive very early next Wednesday, dropping temps significantly. Our above-average temperature trend will switch to below-average by the end of next week.
