CORPUS CHRISTI — It should be a pretty nice end to our weekend here in the Coastal Bend. We are looking for mostly cloudy skies and warmer temperatures. Expect a daytime high around 73 degrees. It will be a little bit breezy. The winds will be picking up out of the southeast at 10 to 15 miles per hour. The forecast for tonight calls for more clouds with an overnight low around 64 degrees. A weak cold front will roll through the area on Monday. There is a slight chance for a light shower with the frontal passage. However, daytime high temperatures will remain in the mid to upper 70's.
A much stronger cold front will arrive Tuesday evening. This will bring us much cooler temperatures for the latter half of the workweek. Daytime highs on Wednesday and Thursday will only be in the lower 60's. The overnight low temperatures will be in the upper 30's to lower 40's. A gradual warm up is expected next Friday and Saturday.
