CORPUS CHRISTI — It was a warm start to our weekend here in the Coastal Bend. We tied the record with 94 degrees this afternoon. The forecast for tonight calls for partly cloudy skies and mild weather conditions. Look for an overnight low around 74 degrees. It will be partly sunny and warm again on Sunday. A few isolated showers will also be possible. Expect a daytime high around 90 degrees tomorrow. The winds will also pick up a bit tomorrow. The winds will be blowing out of the southeast at 10 to 15 miles per hour.
We will start our work week with another cold front. It should roll though around lunch time on Monday. There is a decent chance for showers and thunderstorms with the frontal passage. It's going to be sunny and mild mid week. Daytime highs on Tuesday and Wednesday will be around 80 degrees. Another strong cold front will be arriving late Thursday into Friday. This will usher in some much cooler temperatures for the start of next weekend.
