CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS — It was a rather pleasant start to our weekend here in the Coastal Bend. We saw abundant sunshine with an afternoon high temperature of 91 degrees. We can expect pretty similar weather conditions for the next several days. The forecast for tonight calls for mostly clear skies with an overnight low of 68 degrees. Winds will be out of the east at 10 to 15 miles per hour. The forecast for Sunday calls for mostly sunny skies with a daytime high of 91 degrees. A stray shower can not be ruled out.
High pressure will continue to dominate our weather through the remainder of the forecast period. That means it will remain sunny and warm. Our daytime high temperatures will be in the upper 80's to lower 90's. The overnight low temperatures will gradually increase into the mid to upper 70's.
