CORPUS CHRISTI — We are waking up to some patchy dense fog across parts of the Coastal Bend this morning. Use caution when heading out onto the roadways. This will give way to sunny and warm weather conditions this afternoon. Look for a daytime high around 82 degrees. Expect light winds out of the east at 10 to 15 miles per hour. The forecast for tonight calls for partly cloudy skies with more patchy fog. We will see an overnight low around 65 degrees. Sunday will bring more sunshine with a daytime high of 81 degrees.
We will remain in a pretty quite weather pattern for much of the holiday week. Expect plenty of sunshine with daytime highs in the upper 70s to lower 80s. The overnight low temperatures will be mostly in the lower 60s. A much stronger cold front is expected to approach South Texas next weekend. This will bring us a pretty decent chance for wet weather.
