KLEBERG COUNTY, Texas — Kleberg County Judge Rudy Madrid was arrested by the Texas Department of Public Safety on Friday and booked into the Kleberg County Jail.
The inmate roster on the Kleberg County website shows Madrid was booked on charges of Driving While Intoxicated. He was released just after 2:00 a.m.
