Arrest made in shooting that left teenager dead

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Corpus Christi police say they have made an arrest in a shooting that left a teenager dead and another man injured.

Police say they arrested Eddie Quesada, 17, in connection to the fatal shooting. Theshooting happened Nov. 27, 2020 around 7:20 p.m. in the 7900 block of Grizzley Drive.

The shooting left 17- year old Michael Quintero dead and another man injured.

Police say Quesada is currently being held on charges of murder. He was later transported to the city detention center for processing.

Quesada is currently being held on charges of murder and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. His bond is set at $1,150,000.
