CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — It may be the final curtain for the Aurora Arts Theatre as it continues to struggle amid the coronavirus pandemic.
This year marks 10 years since the theatre first opened its doors, and members were hopeful it would be a great year.
However, due to COVID-19, the theatre stopped hosting plays and allowing visitors, causing them to take a significant financial hit.
The theatre has hosted a variety of events to stay afloat, including curbside shows and movie nights; but they say it's not enough.
They are now asking for donations from the community.
