CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Temperatures are about to swing from way above normal to well below normal over the next week courtesy of three cold fronts.

A moderated cold front with upper-level support will ease into the area with likely rainfall overnight gradually tapering off from west to east Saturday afternoon and evening. Some of the rain will be locally heavy.

Tonight, showers and thundershowers likely, some heavy with more rain north and less south becoming breezy and much cooler with a low of 66.

Saturday numerous rain showers breezy and noticeably cooler with a high of only 69.
Saturday night rain ending rather breezy and continued cooler with a low of 55.
Sunday decreasing clouds with afternoon sunshine and overall nice by the end of the day with a high near 70.
Temperatures will get cold and drop into the 30's Monday night.
