CORPUS CHRISTI — Tropical Storm Barry starts it's path over the Central Gulf Coast.
Most of eastern Louisiana will bear the brunt of the torrential rain and flooding over the weekend.
The Coastal Bend will see a few effects of the storm mostly over the east facing beaches.
Look for rough seas, bigger surf and a strong rip current over the weekend. Otherwise we are looking at a predictable hot and humid streak with highs staying in the mid 90s and low near 80.
