CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS — The warm weather pattern continues for now but two cold fronts are heading our way with the strongest one arriving next Tuesday, ushering in the coldest air so far this season.

The middle of next week will be chilly and damp with the potential of wintry weather in far north Texas.

The first, weaker cold front will move through Friday night, cooling us a few degrees for the start of the weekend before we heat up again Sunday and Monday ahead of the next front.

A few isolated showers are expected today with partly cloudy skies and a high of 88 with east winds at 6-15 mph.

Friday looks mostly sunny and very warm with a high near 90 and light east-southeast winds. Some clouds will move through Friday night with a cold front.

Early clouds will clear out Saturday, leaving us with a nice day as high temperatures stay in the lower 80s with a northeast breeze.

Winds shift to the southeast Sunday and increase, giving us a mostly sunny, very warm, breezy and humid day with a high near 90.
