CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — A weak upper level low sitting over south Texas will back to the west and dissipate resulting in a gradual end to our tropical showers after tomorrow. Temperatures will stay hot and slightly above normal outside of the rainy areas.

Tonight expect showers to end inland then re-develop near the coast after midnight with a sticky low of 76.

Thursday will be mostly cloudy hot and humid outside of scattered thundershowers and a high of 92. Some shower activity will produce locally heavy rain again.

Thursday night showers ending still warm and humid with a low of 75.Friday expect more sun less rain with only isolated showers and hot with a high of 93.

A system in the tropical Atlantic will move into the eastern Gulf of Mexico this weekend and could develop into Humberto but is not expected to be a threat here.
