The upper-level disturbance that caused another big round of rain for the area is now lifting out to the north and taking with it some very moisture-laden air.

High pressure will build over the region, resulting in temperatures going from below-to-above normal, resulting in more wind and stifling heat all of next week with no meaningful rainfall after tonight.

Tonight, expect scattered thundershowers to come to an end. It will be cloudy, hazy, and steamy with a low of 75.

Saturday, expect lots of clouds haze and dust, very warm, and humid with a high of 89.

Saturday night will be breezy, warm, and stuffy with a low of 79.

Sunday, a bit more sunshine mixed with lots of clouds; windy, hazy, and stifling hot with a high of 92 and a heat index of 105.

Enjoy your weekend.
