Rapid weekend warm-up expected ahead of our next cold front

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — An upper level low moving east of the area will bring dry air to the region and that will result in clearing skies and much warmer day time highs. As a cold front approaches it will get breezy and very humid by Sunday with some rain on Monday, followed by cooler temperatures again.

Tonight expect slow clearing from the west and light winds and rather cool with a low near 60.

Friday will be sunny dry very light winds and warmer with a high of 84.

Friday night will be mainly clear and nearly calm with a low near 70.

Saturday will be sunny with light winds again more humid and hotter with a high of 91.
