PLAIN OLD HEAT AND HUMIDITY — Fourth of July weekend will live up to it's legacy as being summer heat. Now that higher pressure is building over Texas we are looking for a heating trend over the next week. No rain in sight for the next 7 days. Daytime highs will push to the mid 90's for the next few days pushing the Heat Index to near 105 for most of the week. This is the time of year where you don't want to overdo strenous activity during the middle of the day.
