CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The upper level "dry high" centered over west Texas will migrate back to the east over the next couple of days.

This movement will result in more dangerous high heat and humidity that will last until the end of next week.

Tonight will be tranquil with full moon-lit skies and a low of 75.Friday expect lots of sunshine dry breezy and blistering heat with a high of 99.

Friday night will be mainly clear and quiet with a low of 78.

Saturday expect it to be rather windy desert dry and sweltering heat with a high of 98.

The heat index reaches 110 on Friday and 115 over the weekend.
