More tropical atmosphere for South Texas

CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS — Now that the upper level high has moved off of South Texas abundant tropical moisture in the western Gulf is moving north toward Louisiana.

The Texas coast will get brushed by this moisture with isolated sea breeze showers that will get carried inland during the afternoons. No widespread or likely rain is expected but at least we will have something in the Coastal Bend skies into Monday.

Tonight will be mostly clear nearly calm and quiet with a low of 76. Friday expect isolated showers near the coast in the morning working slowly inland during the afternoon on a weak sea breezy sitll plenty hot with a high of 96.

Friday night will be tranquil and warm and stuffy with a low of 77.Saturday expect considerable sunshine hot and very humid in and around isolated showers again with a high of 95.

Isolated showers are also expected on Sunday. Have a good weekend.
