CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Little change in upper level high pressure dominating our weather the next several days along with windy surface conditions. Once the high backs away into the western U.S. we will have a shot at some showers again but not until the middle of next week.

Tonight will be warm and stuffy with a gentle breeze and a low near 80 under fair skies.

Thursday will be mostly sunny but windy with sweltering heat and a high of 95.

Thursday night we will once again have moon-lit skies still breezy and very stuffy with a low near 80.

Friday expect more wind and heat with lots of sunshine and a high of 95.

The heat index will top out near 110 each afternoon.
