CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Our temperatures will continue above normal by about 10 degrees before dropping back to near seasonal level behind a weak cold front that arrives on Saturday.

A trough of low pressure in the upper atmosphere will advance from the Rockies eastward to the Midwest bringing an end to our strong winds and pushing a weak cold front through the area on Saturday.

Tonight will be mostly cloudy still breezy, warm and sticky with a low of 72.

On Friday expect lots of afternoon sunshine after low clouds in the morning, still windy hot and humid with a high of 91 and cooler as usual near the water.

Friday night will be warm and stuffy and still breezy with a low near 70. Saturday expect more clouds, less wind with only isolated afternoon showers near the coast and a high of 86. It will be less humid and nice on Sunday.
