CORPUS CHRISTI — It was a beautiful start to our weekend here in the Coastal Bend. We saw abundant sunshine with a daytime high of 74 degrees. We can expect some increasing moisture and warmer temperatures the next few days. This could lead to a little patchy fog overnight. Expect an overnight low around 55 degrees. Tomorrow will be sunny and nice with an afternoon high of 77 degrees. Winds will be light out of the southeast at 10 to 15 miles per hour. Temperatures will warm to the lower 80's on Monday with a bit more cloud cover.
A strong cold front will roll through South Texas early Tuesday morning. There is a slight chance for a few showers with the frontal passage. Temperatures will fall into the 50's Tuesday afternoon with some gusty winds. It will be sunny and cool midweek. The morning temperatures will drop into the 40's Wednesday and Thursday. A gradual warm up is expected as we get closer to next weekend.
