CORPUS CHRISTI — It was another beautiful start to our weekend here in the Coastal Bend as we saw abundant sunshine with a daytime high of 87 degrees.
We can expect similar weather conditions tomorrow, however a weak front will roll through Sunday evening. It will have minimal impact on South Texas weather.
The forecast for tonight calls for mostly clear skies with an overnight low around 64. It will be sunny and nice tomorrow with an afternoon high around 87. The winds will be light out of the southeast.
High pressure will dominate our weather for much of the week ahead, meaning we'll continue mostly sunny and warm. Daytime highs will be in the upper 80s with overnight low temperatures in the mid 60s.
Tropical Storm Gamma is expected to remain well to our south next week, likely bringing flooding rains to Mexico. We are anticipating some coastal flooding.
