CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — An unusual cold front for July will slip into South Texas tomorrow and touch off scattered (but not likely) thundershowers for some of the Coastal Bend. The main feature with this front will be the noticeably lower humidity that will arrive in the area on Wednesday and last until Friday. This will result in the daytime highs stay hot but the nighttime lows will be below normal and comfortable.
Tonight will be quiet except for a few showers near the coast late with a low of 75.
Tuesday expect scattered thundershowers mainly morning over the northern half of the coastal bend and afternoon for the southern half, still hot and humid outside the rainy areas with a high of 93.
Tuesday night will be mainly clear and less humid with light winds and a low of 72.
Wednesday expect sunny skies lower humidity -dry and not quite as hot with a high near 90.Enjoy but don't count on a lot of rain.
