* Until 745 AM CDT.
* At 441 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3.5 inches of rain
have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 2 to 3 inches in 1 hour.
Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are possible in the
warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Kingsville, Alice, San Diego, Bishop, Ben Bolt, Palito Blanco,
Kingsville Naval Air Station, Alice Acres, Ricardo, San Jose,
Riviera, Riviera Beach, Lake Alice and Loyola Beach.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
