CORPUS CHRISTI – It was a sunny and pleasant start to our weekend here in the Coastal Bend. We saw an afternoon high of 86 degrees this afternoon. Our peak wind gust was around 30 miles per hour. We can expect similar weather again on Sunday. The forecast for tonight calls for partly cloudy skies with an overnight low around 67 degrees. Some patchy fog will be possible. Tomorrow look for mostly sunny skies with a daytime high of 85 degrees. The winds will be blowing out of the southeast at 10 to 20 miles per hour.
We will see breezy conditions and increasing clouds for much of the week ahead. A few isolated showers and thunderstorms will be possible on both Wednesday and Friday. Otherwise, expect a mixture of sun and clouds each afternoon with daytime high temperatures in the mid 80’s. The overnight low temperatures will be in the lower 70’s.
