CORPUS CHRISTI- It’s going to be a wet and cold end to our weekend here in the Coastal Bend. We are waking up to temperatures in the upper 40’s this morning. We are also seeing some rather gusty winds blowing from the northeast at 20 to 30 miles per hour. People should use extreme caution if getting out on the roadways anytime soon. A small craft advisory is also in effect through tonight. The rain will start to taper off later in the afternoon. However, we will only see a daytime high in the mid 50’s. It is also going to be to be a very chilly evening. Temperatures will drop into the mid 40’s overnight.

We will see a mixture of sunshine and clouds on Monday with a little bit of a warm up. Expect a daytime high in the lower 60’s tomorrow. We will see a gradual warm up for the week ahead. Temperatures will be in the lower 80’s by Thursday and Friday. Another round of showers and thunderstorms could be coming our way early next weekend.
