CORPUS CHRISTI – It was a pretty nice start to our Spring Break here in the Coastal Bend. We made it up to 87 degrees today with partly sunny skies. Temperatures will be a little bit cooler over the next several days with a bit more cloud cover. The forecast for tonight calls for mostly cloudy skies with some patchy fog. Look for an overnight low around 66 degrees. Sunday we can expect mostly cloudy skies with an afternoon high around 78 degrees. We will also see increasing moisture the next few days.
We could see some significant showers and thunderstorms with the next Pacific storm system. It will arrive late Tuesday night into Wednesday. Daytime highs will remain in the mid to upper 70’s through Thursday. A stronger cold front will be coming late in the week. This will bring us much cooler temperatures next Friday and Saturday.
