Corpus Christi -It’s going to be a wet and cold start to our weekend here in the Coastal Bend. Temperatures have fallen into the upper 30’s in most areas this morning. We are also seeing a lot of patchy light rain. The forecast for today only calls for a daytime high around 48 degrees. The winds will be blowing from the northeast at 10-15 miles per hour. We can expect much of the same tonight. Look for mostly cloudy skies with more rain showers. Look for an overnight low around 47 degrees.
The forecast for Sunday calls for mostly cloudy skies with more patchy light rain possible. It will be a bit warmer with a daytime high around 67 degrees. Temperatures will warm into the mid 70’s on Monday afternoon. However, another cold front will roll through Monday night. This will bring more windy conditions and cooler temperatures. There is also a pretty good chance of more widespread showers with the frontal passage.
