CORPUS CHRISTI – It’s been a very chilly and damp start to our weekend here in the Coastal Bend. Temperatures remained in the lower 40’s for most of the afternoon. Wind chill temperatures have been hovering in the mid 30 degree range. We can expect much of the same for this evening. Moisture is making it’s north from the Valley. This will lead to an increase in shower activity. Expect an overnight low to remain in the 40’s.

The clouds and drizzle will stick with for Sunday. However, we are expecting temperatures to edge up into the mid 60’s. We are looking for Mostly cloudy skies on Monday with an afternoon high around 73 degrees. The next cold front will arrive in South Texas late Monday night into Tuesday. There is a pretty good chance of more widespread showers with the frontal passage. We can’t rule out a few isolated thunderstorms.
