CORPUS CHRISTI – It looks like we are going to see improving weather conditions for the end to the weekend. Expect a few showers this morning. However, this should give way to afternoon clearing and mild temperatures. Look for a daytime high around 67 degrees with light winds out of the northeast. The forecast for tonight calls for partly cloudy skies with some patchy fog. We should drop down to about 49 degrees overnight.
It will be sunny and warmer on Monday. Expect an afternoon high around 74 degrees. However, a strong arctic cold front will blow through Monday night. This will lead to windy and much colder weather on Tuesday and Wednesday. Near freezing temperatures are likely early Wednesday morning. We will see a gradual warm up for the latter half of the week.
