Corpus Christi – It was a cloudy and mild start to our weekend here in the Coastal Bend. We saw an afternoon high of 75 degrees with a little light rain. The moisture will be on the increase tonight and tomorrow. This will lead to more widespread showers and few isolated thunderstorms. The forecast for tonight calls mostly cloudy skies with showers possible. We will see an overnight low around 64 degrees. Sunday we can expect heavier rainfall with a daytime high around 73 degrees.

A cold front will move through South Texas tomorrow afternoon. This will also help to increase our shower activity. The winds will shift to the north in the afternoon at about 10 to 15 miles per hour. Monday’s high temperature should only be in the upprer 50’s. Abundant moisture will stick around for the first half of the workweek. It is likely going to dry out for the Thanksgiving Holiday, The forecast for Thursday calls for a mixture of sunshine and clouds with an afternoon high around 70 degrees.
