Corpus Christi – It wasn’t a bad start to the weekend here in the Coastal Bend. We saw mostly cloudy skies with an afternoon high of 73 degrees. We did see some patchy light drizzle and a few light rain showers. This weather pattern will continue through the overnight hours. However, a weak front will also move through the area. This should push out some of the moisture as high pressure builds in behind it. This will bring us cloudy and breezy weather conditions tomorrow. Look for an afternoon high around 72 degrees on Sunday with the winds blowing out of the southeast at 15 to 20 miles per hour.

There will be plenty of moisture moving back in for the start to the workweek. This will bring another round of wet and cool weather Monday through Thursday. Daytime highs will only be in the mid to upper 60’s on Monday and Tuesday. We will warm up into the 70’s for the remainder of the week. We should start to dry out as we get closer to next weekend.
