More tropical showers

and last updated

Rich tropical moisture will continue in place near a stalled frontal boundary along the Coastal Bend coast overnight and Tuesday before tapering off on Wednesday and Thursday. After that the entire forecast is based off of where invest 95-L goes and at what strength it makes landfall probably on Friday. Right now it does not appear like it will be too strong but if it moves into the middle or southern Texas coast instead of north of Corpus Christi then it will produce a lot of rain Friday and Saturday here again.

Tuesday expect another soggy day with numerous showers and thundershowers with some producing locally heavy rainfall and a high of only 85.

Tuesday night will be seasonal and steamy with more showers developing after midnight and a low of 73 and generally light winds.

Wednesday will also be wet but overall less rain in the form of scattered thundershowers with a little sunshine mixed with lots of clouds and a little warmer with a high of 87.
