Tropical moisture is increasing from the Gulf of Mexico and this will result in an opportunity for some rain mainly near the coast the next couple of days which will gradually wind down each day during the early evening hours. Drier air will return for most of the Holiday weekend and then pick up again by late Monday. The tropics are starting to heat up but there are currently no threats nor are any expected over the next 5 days.
Thursday expect a mix of clouds and sunshine generally light winds and not quite as hot in and around scattered thundershowers and a high of 93.
Thursday night will be quiet and nearly calm but steamy with a low of 75.
Friday expect less rain but still isolated thundershowers with variable cloudiness and light winds with a high of 92.
