Upper level high pressure sitting over south Texas will move north and east next week resulting in a more tropical flow off the Gulf and seasonal temperatures. Our winds will continue to be nearly calm late at night with only a light to moderate sea breeze during the afternoons. There is a weak tropical wave coming off the coast of Africa that only has a very low chance of developing in the Atlantic over the next five days.

Tonight will be seasonal with moonlit skies and nearly calm with a low of 74.

Friday will be sunny and blazing hot again with a high of 97 and a heat index between 105-110.

Friday night will be tranquil with a low of 75 under moon-lit skies.

Saturday will be sunny again with blistering heat and a high of 96 and a heat index near 110.

More of the same on Sunday with only a couple of stray showers.
