CORPUS CHRISTI- It was a pretty wet start to our weekend for some folks here in the Coastal Bend. The Robstown and Calallen areas picked up between two and three inches of rain. We got a little more than a half an inch officially out at the airport. The forecast for tonight calls for mostly cloudy skies with an isolated shower possible. Look for an overnight low around 78 degrees. The winds will be picking up a bit for Sunday. This will limit any shower activity to primarily in the morning hours. The winds will be blowing out of the southeast at 15 to 25 miles per hour. We should see an afternoon high around 93 degrees.

We will settle into a hot and summer like pattern for much of the workweek ahead. Daytime highs will be in the mid 90’s with abundant sunshine. There is a slight possibility of a few showers on Tuesday.
