A vandal left behind a trail of destruction at two Woodsboro ISD schools.
It began when someone broke into the elementary school sometime overnight.
Several windows were broken and teachers’ desks were ransacked.
The intruder then climbed in through a window and got into the high school.
The vandalism spree continued there.
The intruder broke into nearly every room at the school and pillaged through more desks.
He also damaged a school supply dispenser and took some money.
The Refugio County Sheriff’s Department says this is an image of the person who was responsible.
He was in both schools for about an hour.
The damage was so extensive the start of school was delayed for two hours so crews could clean everything up.
