For the first time in franchise history, the IceRays will be unable to host training camp in Corpus Christi. Ice will be unavailable at The American Bank Center due to construction inside the arena. New glass and dasher boards will be installed which will delay putting ice on the floor.
The IceRays have been scrambling to find a place to hold camp, and have finally secured a a site in Omaha, Nebraska. Camp opens August 19th. They will host their home opener September 28th against Shreveport.
