The Texas A&M Corpus Christi Islanders men's basketball team lost to Abilene Christian 68-56 today in Abilene.
With the loss, the Islanders drop to 6-11 overall on the season and are now 2-4 in Southland Conference play this season.
Tony Lewis recorded his second-career double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds. He was 4-for-7 from the field and knocked down both of this three-point attempts.
The Islanders continue their road trip on Wednesday when they travel to Hammond, LA. to take on the Southeastern Louisiana Lions.
They will return home to host Lamar on Saturday afternoon at the American Bank Center.
