CORPUS CHRISTI — Astros shortstop Carlos Correa will join the Hooks for the upcoming homestand at Whataburger Field starting Tuesday, August 7.
Correa joined the Hooks on their most recent roadtrip, where he crushed a 445-foot home run to center field in Saturday’s 5-3 setback in Frisco.
The World Series Champion and 2015 American League Rookie of the Year, is batting .268 with 16 doubles, 13 home runs, and 49 RBIs for the Astros this season.
