With high school football to a days set to start Monday, the West Oso Bears are excited about a new season.
After going 6-4 and making the playoffs, West Oso Superintendent Conrado Garcia wants everyone to know his school is not just about basketball.
“We proudly support all athletes,” says Garcia. “We also know that our student athletes want to excell in the classroom too and many do. Boys and girls sports here at West Oso take a lot of pride in what they do. I encourage all of them to participate, because you can maybe earn a scholarship to college in the sport of their choice. “
