We are about four weeks away from the first high school football game of the new season.
You will notice something brand new and really amazing at both Cabaniss Field and Buc Stadium. New video boards are being installed and this was the scene this afternoon at Cabaniss.
Wow, check this out this monster scoreboard.
From the ground up, this video board is almost 57 feel tall and nearly 49 feet wide and in crystal clear high definition. The boards combined cost just over 1.9 million dollars and is part of the bond issue that was passed back in 2016.
The new scoreboards should be ready in time for the season openers August 30th.
