Both the Texas A&M-Corpus Christi men’s and women’s teams will be in action at home Saturday at the American Bank Center.
The Cardinals of the University of Incarnate Word will trek down Interstate 37 from San Antonio to supply the homecoming competition for both schools.
Something has to give in the men’s game. The Islander men (9-13. 4-5) will attempt to snap a three-game losing streak. Incarnate Word’s men’s team (6-16, 1-8) has a seven-game losing skid.
The Islanders women (11-9, 5-4) will be breaking up a four-game road trip to return back home. The Incarnate Word women are 2-18, 2-7.
The women start festivities at 3 p.m. and the men will play at 7 p.m.
Both games will be shown live on the CW.
