Texas A&M-Corpus Christi will attempt to stretch a modest winning streak as the Islanders hook up with defending conference champion Nicholls State Wednesday night at the American Bank Center in a game that will be shown on KDF-TV.
The Islanders (8-10, 3-2), will attempt to build on their victory over New Orleans Saturday night. It pushed them into fifth place in the Southland Conference standings.
Nicholls State (10-9, 3-3) has won the last two games in the series against the Islanders, both in Thibodaux, La. Texas A&M-Corpus Christi leads the series, 9-5.
Tip-off will be at 7 p.m.
