Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and KRIS Communications have announced the 2018-19 Islander men’s basketball broadcast schedule.

KRIS will cover 14 games during the season on either KDF or KRIS-TV. The broadcast package includes 13 men’s games and one women’s game. The women’s game broadcast will be announced at a later date.

“We are excited about this partnership with KRIS Communications,” said Jon Palumbo, sole finalist for A&M-Corpus Christi’s director of athletics. “As we continue to increase engagement with our local community, KRIS is committed to helping us bring the excitement of Islanders basketball to sports fans across the Coastal Bend.”

The Islanders’ first broadcast will be on Wednesday as the men take on Howard Payne University at the American Bank Center at 7 p.m. The game will be live on KDF and a webstream of the game will be found on Kristv.com.

The station that each game will be broadcasted will be communicated 24 hours in advance of each broadcast.
