Sticky conditions coming with rain chances by Tuesday night

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Southeast winds will be pumping up low-level moisture in our area, increasing chances for the potential of some rain here by Tuesday night.

It will be cloudy and windy before the storm system moves through.

Our high temperature today will be near 80. And by Tuesday night a strong storm system moves over Texas.

Thunderstorms are expected in the Hill Country with a few thundershowers dancing into our region.

However, only a few showers area expected in Nueces County.

Clearing and cooler weather for the rest of the week, with an offshore wind bringing dry winds to our area by Wednesday.

Tuesday Night: A Line of thundershowers after midnight. Low 67.
Wednesday: Clear skies, gusty northwest winds. Warm. High 80.
